W—02 Army training

A modular architecture for army training.

Three tiers of development — basic, professional and specialist — designed to build disciplined, capable and employable people, and delivered exclusively through appropriately authorised military institutions and training providers.

Delivery principleTraining would be delivered through appropriately authorised military institutions and training providers — to the standards of the receiving nation.

01 The architecture

Three tiers, built from the foundation up.

Each tier is composed of modules. Every candidate completes the foundation; professional and specialist tiers build on it according to role, aptitude and the requirement defined by the receiving government.

  1. Tier 03

    Specialist development

Advanced capability in scarce, high-value disciplines.

    • Cyber defence
    • Communications technology
    • Engineering
    • Military medicine
    • Disaster response
    • Infrastructure management
  2. Tier 02

    Professional development

Trade and leadership competence for a service career.

    • Leadership
    • Logistics
    • Engineering
    • Communications
    • Vehicle maintenance
    • Medical support
    • Administration
  3. Tier 01

    Basic military development

The shared foundation of discipline, ethics and resilience.

    • Physical fitness
    • Discipline
    • Military ethics
    • Teamwork
    • Leadership
    • First aid
    • Emergency response

02 Learning lifecycle

Training that follows a whole career.

  1. 01

    Induction

Orientation to rights, obligations, conduct standards, language and culture of service.

  2. 02

    Foundation

Tier 01 — basic military development for every candidate.

  3. 03

    Qualification

Tier 02 — professional trades and first leadership responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Specialisation

Tier 03 — advanced disciplines for suitable personnel.

  5. 05

    Refresher & reserve

Periodic training that keeps reserve and specialist skills current.

  6. 06

    Transition

Converting military learning into recognised civilian credentials.

03 Training principles

Standards set by nations. Values shared by all.

Whatever the curriculum, a programme associated with ArmyExporter would hold its training partners to a common set of principles.

  1. 3.1

    Standards-led

Curricula, assessment and certification follow the receiving nation's military standards — not a platform-defined syllabus.

  2. 3.2

    Ethics & the law

Military ethics, human rights and the principles of international humanitarian law are part of every foundation programme.

  3. 3.3

    Transferable skills

Priority is given to competencies that retain value in civilian life — engineering, logistics, medicine, communications and leadership.

  4. 3.4

    Assessed & certified

Every module is assessed and recorded, so achievement is verifiable by individuals, institutions and future employers.

  5. 3.5

    Welfare-conscious

Training environments must be safe, supervised and free from abuse, with accessible grievance routes.

  6. 3.6

    Language & orientation

Where participants come from partner countries, language and cultural orientation are provided so that consent and conduct standards are genuinely understood.

04 Scope of this page

What ArmyExporter does not provide.

ArmyExporter does not provide combat tactics, weapons training, weapons-handling instruction or operational guidance of any kind. Those are matters exclusively for national armed forces and the institutions they authorise. The platform's role in training is limited to coordination: matching, scheduling, tracking and certification records.
